Shipping and Returns

Domestic Delivery

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from time of payment. Items are packaged using compostable and/or recyclable materials. All deliveries are carbon neutral.

Domestic orders will be delivered via Australia Post and are charged at the flat rate of $15.00

Free Standard Postage is offered for orders $40.00 and over.

Usual Standard domestic delivery time is 1-6 days and Express delivery time is 1-4 days, depending on same state and interstate delivery. However, due to the Covid restrictions in your area and/or state, we are currently unable to provide you with an accurate estimate of your delivery time. Please track your delivery with the courier information that will be provided to you upon dispatch.

International Delivery

International delivery can be arranged via email. Please email me at melissa@birdrockceramics.com for a shipping estimate. Please be aware that some countries may charge local duty, customs and/or taxes. These charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns and Exchanges 

It is my intention that you love the items you purchase. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics each piece will have its own uniqueness and special qualities. This is what makes handmade items so beautiful and a treasure to own. On the occasion that you would like to return an item, please contact me directly within 48-hours of delivery and I will assess for a possible solution. In the instance the item is returned, the item must be in original condition and unused. The purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged please contact me within 48-hours of delivery. Please provide photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. A refund or replacement (if available) will be provided.
